Jeff Folden and Caryn Brookman, lead MDOT staff for the I-495/I-270 Traffic Relief Plan, were our guest speakers for February’s SMTA meeting. They explained how the 15 alternatives will be narrowed and what the next steps in the public comment process will be. MDOT is adding another step in the public process and will be releasing Screened Alternatives next week.
