I am excited to be working with SMTA to improve mobility, safety and quality of life in our area.
As planning director for Tampa, Leesburg and most recently, Rockville, I have significant experience in transportation, zoning and land use. I served as an expert witness as a consultant with HDR, Inc. and Tampa Bay Engineering, working on numerous infrastructure projects including roadways, pipelines and a trolley system.
